We have stayed at this location several times and in the past been very happy with our stay. This time construction was being done and the place was dirty and in our room the toilet didn’t flush correctly and the sink didn’t drain. We feel for the price we paid per night even with the construction it should have been kept clean. We won’t be staying with you anymore.

A little bit further from Bristol track than I had estimated, still not bad though. Rooms were very clean, and the staff was excellent.

One of the best parts of River’s View is the front porch. There is a porch swing and a table and chairs for dining or card-playing. Sitting out there after dark is so peaceful. Coffee and filters were provided. The owners are kind and accommodating.
